M.W. Bro. Keith Herve, left, presents V.W. Bro Al Brookman with a certificate honoring his 50 years in Masonry. Georgene Brookman joined Al for the presentation.

Mt. Juneau-Gastineaux Lodge No. 21 was well represented at the 2019 Grand Communication of Free and Accepted Masons of Alaska, which was held Feb. 7-8 in Fairbanks. We had eight official representatives at the Communication, the second most of any lodge and the most for any lodge outside Fairbanks.

V.W. Bro. Al Brookman received recognition as he enters his 50th year of Masonry in 2019. Grand Master Keith Herve presented him with a certificate noting his service to the Craft.

The Lodge is also well represented in the Grand Lodge officer corps:

– Junior Grand Warden: R.W. Bro. Charles Ward
– Junior Grand Deacon: V.W. Bro. Jim Robinson
– Grand Bible Bearer: V.W. Bro. Al Brookman
– Grand Tyler: W. Bro. Jerry Lewis
